CARGO EXPRESS Privacy Policy
Cargo Express “the App” provides easier orders management and submission to CARGO Israel courier company “the Service” to Israeli Shopify merchants who ship door to door, drop-off, same-day and overnight delivery with CARGO “the Company”. This Privacy Policy describes the way personal information is collected, used, stored and shared after a merchant installed or used the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Personal Information the App Collects
When Cargo active user installs the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account and display them in our dashboard;
In addition to the above, we collection the following types of data or personal information from your and/or your customers once the App is installed: Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number; Information about individuals who visit your store, such as their first and last name, phone number, local address (or the address used for Shipping info), Shopify order number, IP address, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device.
We collect personal relevant information directly from the shoppers, through your Shopify account, or using the following methods; “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, how to disable cookies, please visit https://www.allaboutcookies.org. “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, and date/time stamps. “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic identifiers used to record information about how your browse the Site.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the personal information we collect from your shoppers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App, as well as provide you better information and communication related to our products and services.
Sharing Personal Information
We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We use your shoppers information to provide better, and more accurate estimated delivery time, giving a better shopping experience and orders management.

Data Retention in the App, will be used for both records, unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
